Introducing Walter AI — Your Operations Co-Pilot
Every 3PL operator has the same experience: something goes wrong with an order, and you spend 20 minutes clicking through dashboards, cross-referencing timestamps, and trying to piece together what happened.
We built Walter to end that cycle.
What Walter Does
Walter is an AI assistant built directly into WarpWare. It has full read and write access to your orders, rules, inventory, connections, and fulfillment data. You talk to it in plain English, and it acts.
Ask "why did order #1847 fail?" and Walter reads the order timeline, checks rule evaluations, inspects the connector logs, and tells you exactly what went wrong — in seconds.
Ask "create a hold rule for orders over $500 from California" and Walter builds the rule, shows you the configuration, and waits for your confirmation before activating it.
Not a Chatbot
Most AI integrations in logistics software are glorified search bars. They can look things up, maybe summarize some data. Walter is different because it has write access. It can:
Context-Aware by Default
When you open Walter, it automatically loads context for your active sub-tenant. Switch clients in the sidebar and Walter switches with you. Every conversation is saved per-tenant, so you can pick up where you left off.
There's no setup required. No API keys to configure. No prompt engineering. Walter is included with every WarpWare instance.
What's Next
We're actively expanding Walter's capabilities. Coming soon: scheduled reports, proactive alerting ("3 orders failed in the last hour — here's why"), and natural language rule editing.
Walter is available now in every WarpWare dashboard. Open the chat panel in the bottom-right corner and say hello.
