SKU Validation

If it's wrong, it doesn't ship.

A scan or RFID tap confirms the exact unit against the order before it ever reaches the box. Grab the wrong color, the wrong size, the wrong lot — WarpWare catches it the instant it's scanned, with an alert the picker can't miss.

Barcode scan

Every pick confirmed against the order. Scan the unit, scan the bin — both must match before it counts.

RFID tap

Tap or wave RFID-tagged inventory for instant, line-of-sight-free validation. Bulk-read whole totes at once.

Wrong-item block

Mismatched SKU? The pick is rejected on the spot with an audible + visual alert. No bad units leave the shelf.

Lot / serial / expiry

Capture lot numbers, serials, and expiration dates at the moment of pick for full traceability and recalls.

1. Reads the day's orders

Pulls every open order across all channels — priorities, SLAs, ship-by cutoffs, and item mix.

2. Chooses the strategy

Single-order, batch, cluster, zone, or wave — picked per order profile to minimize total walk time.

3. Balances every picker

Distributes units so workloads land within a few percent of each other — no idle pickers, no bottlenecks.

4. Re-plans in real time

A rush order at 11am? Walter reshuffles the remaining waves instantly and notifies the floor.
